At Princess Melody we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (for example the holiday season) processing can take up to 5 business days.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Worldwide: free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that outside the UK and EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.

Delays

Occasionally delays occur that are outside our control (customs, postal disruptions, extreme weather). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
